HOW SOON WILL I GET THE DELIVERABLES?

Photos typically take about two weeks, while videos require two months. You will be notified if the deliverables can be shared earlier.

HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE?

Generally, all good images will be returned. The final image count is highly dependent on how much activity happens during the session.

WHAT IF THE HOURS I NEED IS NOT PART OF ANY PACKAGE LISTED?

If you are looking for a customised package, do get in touch here and we will be glad to discuss how we can create a session that best fits your needs.

DO YOU WORK WITH A SECOND SHOOTER?

A second shooter can be included for a fee.

HAVE YOU SHOT AT MY VENUE BEFORE?

Every venue is special, so do let us know the location you have in mind. If we have not shot there before, you can be rest assured that our photographers are experienced to ensure a fruitful session.

DO YOU RETOUCH PHOTOS?

Generally, we do not encourage retouching photos to keep your moments as authentic as possible. However, if you have a specific need, retouching services are available for certain packages. Do get in touch with us to find out more.

DO YOU DO ACTUAL-DAY WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHY?

Our team specialises in actual-day wedding photography. However, we are close partners with some of the best videographers in town, and would be glad to connect you. There will be discounts to boot!

DO YOU PROVIDE PHOTOBOOTH SERVICES?

Although we don’t provide photobooth services, we can work together on the portrait lounge, which means that we can work together to setup an area outside the banquet hall with customised decorations and have a second shooter position there for your guests to take photos there anytime during the wedding.

Our second shooter service starts from $180 per hour.

WHERE DO YOU RECOMMEND DOING THE PRE-WEDDING SHOOT?

As every couple is different, we would recommend the one spot where you and your partner have created sentimental memories with one another, either from the declaration of love to the first kiss. Our customers often tell us that their pre-wedding shoots remind us of their love and commitment to each other. No worries if you can’t think of a location — we have plenty of ideas and can brainstorm with you.

WHAT DO WE WEAR FOR THE PHOTOSHOOT?

Something that fits you the best! We would recommend matching colours and outfits, and something light and casual. Do note that shoots with a gown and suit should be kept minimal to make sure you are comfortable while moving around.

WHAT IF WE ARE NOT COMFORTABLE IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA?

We understand that this might be a new experience for you. Interestingly, we have never had a customer that is bad at looking good when they are themselves!

All you need to do is turn up, be yourself, and leave the rest to us. Treat it like another date or outing. Many of our customers end up impressed by how the photos turn out.

WHAT IS YOUR WET WEATHER PLAN?

There is beauty even in wet weather, and we enjoy making the most of the locations and scenarios that we are in. However, if the weather or environment poses a threat, we will have to discuss rescheduling. The team will be in touch.

WILL I MEET THE TEAM BEFORE THE SESSION?

Yes! The team will meet with you about one month before to get to know you and talk through your preferences. This is only applicable for bookings that are made at least 2 months in advance.

DOES THE CHANGE IN THE SINGAPORE COPYRIGHT ACT (NOV 2021) AFFECT ME?

In line with the Copyright Act 2021, House of Philemon owns the copyright to all our work. This reserves the right to prevent others from reproducing, publishing or adapting our work.

Upon acknowledging our Terms of Service, one consents to the use of their photos for marketing purposes. We recognise that some may prefer to keep their photos private — this can be discussed and arranged if necessary.

BOOKING & SCHEDULING

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?

Packages under $500 are required to be paid in full to reserve your slot.

If the necessary payment is not received within 1 week of the agreement, we reserve the right to release the slot to the next customer in line.

Payment is accepted via Bank Transfer or PayNow.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?

Sessions that need to be shifted due to prevailing COVID-19 measures imposed by the authorities will not incur postponement charges. Otherwise, other requests for rescheduling will need to be discussed with us. Please communicate closely with us as early as you can.

If we are unable to land on a rescheduled date, an alternative would be to consider a transference of packages, subject to the team’s availability, a 12-month postponement window and prevailing rates. This can be discussed with the team if needed.
